This modern refurbishment and side extension reworks the ground floor flat of a Victorian terrace in Clapham, introducing an open-plan layout filled with natural light and a stronger connection to the garden. Designed and delivered on a tight budget, the project focuses on simple, effective interventions and a restrained material palette to create a fresh new home. Bewa Studio led the project from detailed design through to construction.
